Chloe is a paralegal supporting Neil and Colin on a wide range of commercial contract matters.
In 2025 she graduated from the University of Reading with an LLB in Law where she developed a strong foundation in commercial law. Chloe has also undertaken training in commercial mediation with Broadfield Law equipping her with additional skills in dispute resolution and client focused negotiation.
Prior to joining EM Law, Chloe gained experience in hands-on litigation, working on both bringing and defending High Court and IPEC claims relating to trademark, and confidential information matters. In addition, she has experience in trademark counselling and prosecution.
Chloe’s combined experience in contentious and non-contentious matters allows her to bring a well-rounded commercially aware perspective to her work.
