
Neil is a commercial law specialist. He has a broad-based practice advising on all kinds of commercial contracts, (in particular technology contracts) as well as the establishment of joint ventures, subcontracts and wider supply-chain arrangements. He also advises on the sale and purchase of private companies.
Neil’s varied career has seen him spend about four years doing dispute resolution work, four years doing corporate work and since then a broad mix of commercial work including eight years of on the ground experience helping to win, implement and troubleshoot public sector capacity building, technology and energy supply projects in Sub-Saharan Africa, South-East Asia and Eastern Europe.
Neil helps a wide variety of clients – from start-ups and successful SMEs to multinationals and foreign governments. He has particular experience working for technology clients, helping clients operate internationally and advising clients in the international development sector.
