Howard is a commercial lawyer specialising in commercial contracts, technology, intellectual property, data protection, media/entertainment and luxury assets including the acquisition, financing and leasing of executive jets and helicopters.
Before joining EM Law, Howard was a partner for many years at City of London firm Collyer Bristow where he advised a wide range of clients including SMEs, mid-sized and large enterprises, multi-nationals, cryptocurrency companies, auction houses, art galleries and museums, universities, conservatoires, charities, hardware and software houses.
Howard is currently Senior Vice Chair (Leisure Industries Section) of the International Bar Association.
